1: When purchasing an item through the players club you are doing so through an SSL verified link, each transaction is 100% secure, payment can be made with PayPal, card through PayPal here and stripe, and also bacs transfer, we do not accept cheques. If you would like to come and collect an item from us you can do so, please use the online messaging service to enquire.

2: Any item purchased will be shipped out next working day, postage can take between 3 and 5 working days, although it is normally much faster and should arrive within 48 hours using Parcelforce 48 which is a signed for service.

Worldwide postage might take longer than this, please enquire using the online messaging service for prices.

3: Should any item arrive damaged, then please contact us to discuss a refund, under the sales policy we do not pay any return postage costs. Also, any item that does not arrive because of the delivery company,  we will refund/replace the item (replacements only if in stock) and then claim through the delivery company. Every item will be sent tracked and insured to the full value.

4: As above should any item arrive as not described correctly, then please send the item back to us for a full refund, again we will not pay return postage costs on any item.  

5: All items are described as accurately as possible, any marks, blemishes, paint wear, or other problems will be mentioned in the description so please read them thoroughly before making any purchase.

6: All pictures used in the players club shop are protected by the page copyright, and also watermarked. it is an offence to use them without permission.

7: If you want to buy an item but would like to make an offer under the full price, then please use the messaging service to do so.

8: The players club golf evolution is a protected name and works under UK copyright law.
